Phuket – an island that’s tear drop shaped is known for its beautiful beaches and naughty nightlife is foreign to me. I’ve never been until last week, when I accepted an invitation by Accor Asia Pacific to check out their resorts in Phuket, Khao Lak and Krabi.
It was a media trip and one of the more memorable ones I’ve been on as the people who travelled with us were friendly and we all got along nicely. No pretences, no air and best of all, no hidden agenda. It was a 6D 5N trip which involved us visiting Accor properties in Phuket, Khao Lak and Krabi.
I have to thank Wei Ni of Peep Boutique, for putting together outfits for me at such late notice. Thanks babe, for being so accommodating and for always getting my size right. I would have fit into those S-size denim shorts if you didn’t warn me about the sizing hahaha!

I also have Accor Asia Pacific to thank for inviting me to join the trip. rif and I had a good time at this “City Break” which was truly a break from our hectic schedules. It also allowed us to spend time with each other as given how hectic things are at work, I rarely get more than two hours alone time with him these days.
But of course, the work piled up and when we got back, our inboxes were full! I’m already looking forward to our next break and it will most definitely be a resort.
